Tired of the typical vegan recipes? These will turn things up a notch in the kitchen.

And don’t worry, you won’t need culinary skills like Gordon Ramsey to pull this off.

Anyone can do it!

1. Cauliflower Cream of Pumpkin Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups pumpkin
  • 1 Medium-sized cauliflower
  • 1 Cup string beans
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2oz Parsley
  • 1 Cup Quinoa

Instructions:

  • Chop the pumpkin into sizable chunks then add it to a blender with the coconut milk, blend until smooth.
  • Wash and cut up the cauliflower, string beans and carrots.
  • You’ll then pour blended mix of pumpkin and coconut milk into a pot then add the cauliflower, string beans and carrots with some sea salt and allow to cook for 15 mins.
  • Rinse the quinoa in some fresh water then add it to 2 ½ cups of water in a pot with a dash of salt and let cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  • Enjoy!

2. Black Panther Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs Charcoal
  • 12 Dates2 Bananas
  • 1 tbs Hempseed
  • 3 tbs Goji Berries
  • 4oz Walnut
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 Cups coconut water
  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  • Blend the walnuts with coconut water to create the milk base then add the bananas, dates, hempseeds, goji berries, cinnamon, some mint and the star of the show, active charcoal.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy!

3. Onion Bread Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup ackee
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 1 Cup mushrooms
  • 3 Ripe plantains
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2oz Dules
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 tbs Herbs

(Onion Bread)

  • 2 Cups grounded almond nuts
  • 1 Cup grounded flaxseeds
  • 1 Cup coconut flour
  • ½ Red onion

Instructions:

  • Blend grounded almond nuts and flaxseeds in a food processor.
  • Then add the chopped onion and coconut flour to the mix with a dash of salt.
  • Once the mixture is combined, place it on a wax paper to use a roll pin to flatten the dough.
